• Platinum™: Introduced in 2009, this model combines a lightweight bolt-together aluminum deck with welded steel main beams, resulting in a trailer weighing less than 9,100 pounds.

Mechanical Detachable (RGN) Double Drop Trailers

Doonan’s Mechanical Detachable (RGN) Double Drop Trailers are designed for heavy-duty hauling with varying capacities from 30 to 55 tons. These trailers feature a full-width top deck with outer perimeter beams and 2 D-rings on each side, providing secure tie-down points for your loads. The main deck height ranges from 18 to 22 inches, allowing for the transport of tall equipment while maintaining a low center of gravity. Constructed with high-strength steel beams and equipped with HT250 air-ride suspension, these trailers ensure a smooth ride and long-lasting durability.

Hydraulic Detachable (RGN) Double Drop Trailers

For enhanced efficiency and ease of use, Doonan’s Hydraulic Detachable (RGN) Double Drop Trailers offer varying capacities from 35 to 55 tons. These trailers come with a narrow neck featuring a 5-position adjustable fifth wheel height (46 1/2” – 51”), allowing for optimal load distribution and compatibility with different tractor setups. The main deck height ranges from 18 to 22 inches, accommodating a variety of equipment sizes. Equipped with a 13 HP Honda pony motor and HT250 air-ride suspension, these trailers provide reliable performance and simplified detachment processes, making them ideal for frequent loading and unloading operations.
